1. Shipping Methods & Costs
We offer the following shipping options within the United States:
- Standard Ground Shipping: $15 (delivery within 7-8 business days)
- Expedited Shipping: $20 (delivery within 4-6 business days)
- Overnight Shipping: $50 (delivery within 1-2 business days)
Orders placed before 1:00 PM (Pacific Time) will be processed and shipped on the same day. Orders placed after this time or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day.
2. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details. You can also track your order by logging into your account on the Site.
3. Signature Requirement
For orders valued over $500, a signature will be required upon delivery to ensure the safe arrival of your purchase.
4. International Shipping
Currently, we only offer shipping within the United States. We are working on expanding our shipping services and will notify customers when international shipping becomes available.
